What We Do
vertto develops AMIT 301, a non-invasive, continuous monitoring platform designed to provide real-time cerebrovascular awareness for patients in high-risk clinical pathways—where standard assessments may be limited and early physiological changes can go unnoticed.
The Clinical Gap
A substantial proportion of neurological and vascular events can occur without observable symptoms, especially in sedated, post-operative, or critically ill patients. Current monitoring often relies on intermittent, operator-dependent checks, which can leave long blind spots and delay recognition of significant hemodynamic changes.
Our Solution
AMIT 301 is designed to bridge this gap by continuously tracking carotid waveform asymmetry, providing early informational signals of hemodynamic changes before clinical signs appear.
AMIT 301 is built to be:
Continuous & Real-Time – eliminates blind spots of intermittent monitoring
Operator-Independent – does not require specialized expertise to gather data
Non-Invasive – uses bilateral high-resolution barometric sensors placed externally on the neck
How It Works
AMIT 301 uses Bilateral Carotid Pressure Monitoring to capture real-time pulse wave dynamics from both carotid arteries simultaneously. By comparing the left and right signals, the system identifies asymmetries, which are associated with changes in cerebral vascular hemodynamics.
Intended Use Settings
AMIT 301 is designed for high-risk care settings where routine assessment may be limited, including:
Intensive Care Units (ICU)
Sedated patients
Cardiovascular procedures
Not for diagnosis or treatment.
